Delivery Policy
At SOS Connect, we endeavour to provide excellent customer service. We You're not concerned about how long it takes to get your order shipped. We provide FedEx or Royal Mail Second Class Post for any orders that are being shipped to addresses on the UK mainland. Your package should therefore arrive in 2 business days.
Orders that are placed before 3 o'clock on a business day will be dispatched the same day!
Although we promise to ship out your item as soon as possible, it is important to keep in mind that deliveries might not always arrive on time and can occasionally be delayed. It can require additional time to deliver packages to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, the rest of Europe, and the rest of the world.
We will email you if we can't ship any item from your order internationally.
What shipping method will my package use to get to the UK mainland?
The regular postage should be delivered by Royal Mail Second Class in two business days. If the item does not arrive within this window, kindly check with your neighbourhood sorting office to be sure it is not being kept for you. An item is not regarded as missing by Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed. The item is not regarded as missing if it is still deliverable at that point. Until then, we won't be able to replace unfulfilled orders.
Large or multiple-item orders will be dispatched by courier, and delivery time should be around 2 business days.
Where will my item(s) be delivered in the Republic of Ireland?
All things will therefore be shipped via [FedEx or DHL] since we were able to secure very affordable courier rates to the Republic.
Where will my item(s) go once I've placed my order?
Due to the lack of tracking provided by Royal Mail AirMail and the impending delivery date, we have decided to dispatch all orders to the rest of the world by courier. For the better service, we pay extra.
Although we have made every effort to calculate our shipping costs precisely, there are times when we may not be able to do so. If necessary, we will give you the choice of paying the additional sum or cancelling your order and receiving a full refund.
How will I find out when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a notification through email once your order has been shipped.
Help! What should I do since my package hasn't arrived?
Contact us if you require assistance. Items that Royal Mail has not yet received will frequently be held in the neighbourhood sorting office. If a package gets misplaced by the Royal Mail, there is a precise process we can follow.
If your order has been shipped by [FedEx or DHL], we can track and trace it using their online tracking system. If your item is not collected and returned to us for delivery to Europe and the rest of the world, you will receive a refund less the cost of postage to SOS Connect. The items will be considered missing when two weeks have elapsed without being received.
