Returns Refund & Cancellation Policy

Although we hope you are satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund if you decide to change your mind about canceling the order.

Let us know if you want to return your order by calling (800) 102-6102, and we'll send you a free post-Royal Mail return collecting bag so you can do it. By giving you the required information on returns or cancellations, we guarantee to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you don't return the equipment within the allotted 30 days, we have the right to charge you the setup cost.

If the package is returned during the 30-day trial period, refunds will be granted in 7 business days.
