Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the contents. Charging Before your Personal Alarm Pendant is ready for activation, it needs a full charge. Use the included USB cable to connect the pendant to a standard USB power source, like a computer or a wall adapter. While it’s charging, the LED indicator will glow red. When it’s fully charged, the LED will turn green. This should take about 2-3 hours for a complete charge. Activation Now that your pendant is fully charged, it’s time to activate it. Follow these simple steps: a. Power On Press and hold the power button (the SOS panic button located on the front of the pendant) for 3 seconds. You’ll see the LED indicator flash blue, indicating that the pendant is now turned on. b. Connecting to our Monitoring Center To make the most of your Personal Alarm Pendant, consider connecting it to our 24/7 monitoring center for activation and adding up emergency contacts, medical records, or any vital information such as PIN to Key Lock Box for emergencies. c.
